My extension isn't working. What should I do?

First, try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, check if the extension is enabled in your browser's extension settings. You can also try disabling and re-enabling the extension, or reinstalling it from the store.

The extension disappeared from my browser. Where did it go?

Extensions can sometimes be hidden in your browser's extension menu. Check your browser toolbar for the extension icon, or go to your browser's extension management page (chrome://extensions or about:addons) to find and pin it to your toolbar.

Will my customizations be saved?

Yes, your extension settings and customizations are saved locally in your browser. However, if you clear your browser data or uninstall the extension, your settings will be lost. Some extensions may offer cloud sync in the future.

The extension conflicts with another extension. What can I do?

Some extensions may conflict with each other, especially those that modify the same page elements. Try disabling other extensions one by one to identify the conflict. If the issue persists, contact our support team with details about both extensions.

I'm seeing ads on websites. Is this from Cusmize?

Cusmize extensions do not inject ads into websites. If you're seeing ads, they're likely from the website itself or other ad-blocking/extension conflicts. Our extensions are ad-free and focused solely on customization.
