Payments

What does the package include?
When you buy Cusmize products, you get everything shown in the demo (excluding licensed stock images). We include styles, scripts, and configuration used to showcase the product.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You get full access to all features during the trial. Cancel anytime before it ends to avoid charges.
How do I pay for your service?
We accept major credit/debit cards and local payment methods where available (processed securely by Stripe).
Can I suggest a new feature?
Yes. Submit ideas via the contact form — we review requests regularly and prioritize the most popular ones.

Can I request a custom theme or integration?
Custom work is possible for select plans. Share your requirements via the contact page and we’ll get back with an estimate.
Do updates break my configuration?
Updates are backwards-compatible whenever possible. If a breaking change is required, we provide a migration note in the changelog.
Is there a roadmap?
Yes. We maintain a public roadmap and changelog. You can also subscribe to product updates from your account.
How to restore your chat/history or settings?
If you’re signed in, data is synced to your account. Otherwise it’s stored locally and may be lost after clearing browser data.
