Cloud 9 IDE Shortcut

This app makes c9.io appear as standalone app in OS. It's not exactly standalone app as it still needs internet connection to work, but it's better than having it opened in Chrome as tab (the way official "app" does it). You can change titlebar position by holding Shift and clicking on Close button. You can maximize window by holding Shift and clicking on Minimize button.
