Incognito Proxy

This is a simple extension for configuring proxy settings. Its namesake feature is the ability to configure different settings for regular windows and incognito windows. For example, you could route all incognito traffic to a SOCKS5 proxy, while allowing non-incognito traffic to connect directly. Be aware that you must already have access to a proxy server for this extension to be of any use. The 'disable_non_proxied_udp' option can prevent WebRTC from leaking your non-proxied IP address.
