Use iBE.net's desktop timer to: - Sync or import customers, projects and tasks from iBE.net's end to end integrated business environment - Start or stop working on a task - Record or edit elapsed time worked on a task - Enter or edit remarks for a time entry - Export timers back to iBE.net as timesheets From within the iBE.net web-app administrators can: - Manage customers, projects and tasks including resource planning, scheduling and project profitability analysis - Manage work-schedules, attendance, timesheet exceptions and calculate overtime and gross payroll - Approve or reject timesheets and expense claims using our customizable workflow engine - Bill for time worked or fixed price contracts using our flexible billing module supporting a range of contract types including retainer, recurring and output-based pricing - Export financial and other information to popular accounting systems such as Quickbooks, Sage or xero.
