Changes new tabs page into a rich text editor assignments tracker, editable directly & via right-clicking on assignments. Highlight assignments and right click to add to your assignments tracker. Based off a project of Natalie Stewart (which itself is a fork of a project of Catherine Zeng's); this is a rewrite with the same set of features but also adds a rich text editor
