Tab Manager

Simple Tab Manager heavily based on the tutorial from Google (https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/get-started/tutorial/popup-tabs-manager) to allow you to export tabs you have open to a JSON and import those tabs to re-open a subset of them.
