Chrome Ubuntu Theme

This is an incredibly simple theme to make Chrome look like Chrome on Ubuntu. + Applies the correct frame colouring. + Remvoes Gnome/GTK style colourful toolbar icons. + Ensures system titlebar is consistent with Ubuntu. In Ubuntu, the default installation of Google Chrome or Chromium has an unusual theme applied to it which doesn't match either the native Ubuntu feel (because of the right-aligned, square toolbar buttons) nor the native Chrome feel (because of the Gnome-style toolbar icons).
