Smart EMS Native Extension

This extension allows Smart EMS (Electronic Messaging System) users to scan and print documents directly from their web browser, without needing to manually upload or download files. What this extension does: - Detects scanners and printers connected to the user's computer. - Enables users to initiate scanning or printing directly from Smart EMS web pages. -Automates printing and scanning, making the process faster and more secure without opening extra applications. Why users should install it: -To save time by avoiding manual scanning and printing steps. -To securely interact with local devices directly through the Smart EMS web platform. -To ensure seamless integration between the web app and hardware (scanners/printers) without extra manual actions. How it works: -A small, trusted helper app is installed on the user client machine. -This extension communicates only with the helper app using Chrome’s Native Messaging API. -All actions happen locally on the user's machine with no external data sharing. Privacy and Security: -No data is sent outside the local computer. -No personal or device information is collected or transmitted externally. -The extension is usable only with the Smart EMS system and does nothing outside of it. Goal: to integrate directly with specific printers and scanners.
