Open in NCSU Library

When finding a paper in database like IEEE Xplore, the user have to search it again in NCSU Library to download its PDF. This extension will add an "Open in NCSU Library" button on supported database's webpage. By clicking the button, the user will be redirected to the mirror webpage of the same paper in NCSU Library.
