Gmail Navbar Shortcuts

Use the left navbar in Gmail for shortcuts to other gmail folders, labels, and settings. 2024/11/09 0.0.3: various xpaths added to check correct element to workaround changes in gmail UI releases. Stronger checks to ensure that element is loaded in dom before updating. 2023/08/19 0.0.2: changed xpath for finding navbar component because that seems to have changed in a recent gmail update.
