Puzzle Domain has daily crosswords and sudokus at varying levels of difficulty. If you log into the site, you can save as you go, time yourself and check your progress. Work on any crossword or sudoku within the last month, reload where you were previously up to, print it out and solve it offline. If you get stuck, save it and come back and have another go tomorrow.
