Option to send predefined order confirm or shipped / fulfillment messages to customers. Admin also views the customer's order tracking details by clicking on the order tracking number. On the abandoned cart option, you can send messages to the customers who abandoned/left your cart. Option to search the customers by id, name, or phone number.
