This extension is your daily companion for taking more breaks during your work hours in front of your computer. Keep track of your screen time, and get motivated to take more work breaks. The extension will replace your new-tab screen with a dashboard-looking like visual where you can keep track of your progress and receive daily tips and education for becoming less sedentary in your daily life. The dashboard is very customisable, so you can accommodate your personal needs , for example when to activate the dashboard, or how often to see break-related notifications.
