dependabot rebase button
GitHub の Pull Request のページ内にある、Close pull request ボタンと comment ボタンの間に、Rebase ボタンを設けます。
これは、dependabot からの Pull Request の時だけ処理が走り、それ以外の場合には、ボタンの追加の処理は走りません。
Rebase ボタンをクリックすると以下が起こります。
1. コメントの入力フィールドの textarea に「@dependabot rebase」という文字列を記載します。
