Remembering our Ancestors

This ode to respecting the past depicts two Indigenous youths on horseback passing by a cliffside with petroglyphs. Indigenous youth are often encouraged to remember and learn from the past to create a better future. Lynne Hardy (she/her) is a Navajo artist raised in Grey Mountain and Flagstaff, AZ. She creates modern, colorful, illustrated depictions of her indigenous people and customs.
