Refresher

Refresher allows its users to check when a reservation that is currently booked becomes available. It accomplishes this by periodically checking for changes in availability of reservations and notifying the user when a reservation becomes available. User will input the date and reservation that they want to book and Refresher will periodically refresh the reservation website to check if the reservation is available and notify the user when it does
